For more than 20 years, LBI has supplied quality employees to local and regional organizations in business, medical, technical, and creative fields. No cost placement assistance service

• Resumes provided the same day by email, mail, fax, or pick-up by contacting Career Services at 724-439-4900 or by email.
• You can contact graduates directly if you choose to schedule interviews.
• Confidential interviewing available on site.

No cost employer recruiting

• Annual Job Fairs in April and October where employers can recruit graduating students and alumni for employment and students for part-time employment around their class schedules and internships.
• Campus recruiting during the year when you have a need for additional staffing.

Internships

• Students gain real work experience in their field at your site.
• Internships can be paid or unpaid as determined by the employer.
• Structured program in which student have to earn their grades and meet your standards.
• Excellent opportunity for employers to review a prospective employees.

Employer Advisory Committees

• Employers provide their professional expertise for the development of new programs at LBI.
• Employers provide input for existing LBI programs.

Employer Guarantee

• LBI has guaranteed the skills of our specialized associate degree and diploma graduates to area employers since January 1992. Should you hire one of our graduates and find that the employee's skills are not up to par with his or her transcripts and the school catalogue, LBI will retrain this employee at no cost to the employer or the employee.
