LBI’s Chuck Santore promoted to Vice President

Chuck Santore was recently promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for Laurel Business Institute (LBI) and its sister school, Laurel Technical Institute (LTI).
Nancy Decker, president of the schools, says ”Chuck has always been one of our most reliable and steady employees. He’s worked very hard over the years to develop solid human resources policies and a great career services department for LBI. In the last two years, he’s done the same for LTI, our new schools in Sharon and Meadville, PA.”
The promotion represents a steady progression for Santore, who joined LBI in March 1992 and worked most recently as Director of Human Resources and Career Services. Prior to employment with LBI, Santore worked for almost 25 years as Personnel Manager with Fruehauf Trailer Corporation. His professional affiliations include Professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), President of Tri-State SHRM, member of PA SHRM State Council, member of the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association, member of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) and Past President and board member of the Kiwanis Club of Uniontown.
